Website & portal privacy notice
A conversation starts
with trust.
This notice explains the consultation form and client portal in this website version. A complete business privacy policy should be reviewed and finalized before public launch.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, business email address, company name, service interest and a message describing your needs. Please do not submit candidate records, health or financial information, account credentials or confidential business data.
How your inquiry is used
Your details are used to understand your request and support a potential business conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or send an automatic confirmation email.
Where the form sends your details
The website's server sends the inquiry to the Manus project owner through Manus's owner-notification service. This form does not write inquiry records to an application database. The resulting notification may remain in the project owner's notification account or delivery channel. Notification acceptance does not mean the owner has already read it.
Technical safeguards
The server validates input, limits message lengths and applies spam protections. Limited technical information, including a derived network identifier, may be processed temporarily to limit repeated submissions. Do not rely on this public form as a secure document-transfer channel.
Client portal accounts and records
The client portal uses Manus account sign-in. This website stores the account identifier and available name/email, company access requests, approved company memberships, and recruitment support requests in its managed application database. Recruitment requests include the role, proposed package, opening count, location/work model, brief, and saved status/progress notes. These records are separate from public form notifications.
Aggregate service reporting
Administrators can publish company-specific RPO and BPO reports with a reporting period, source description, non-sensitive note, and aggregate KPI values, labels, units and optional targets. Reports are manually supplied, not automatically synchronized with an ATS or helpdesk. Report snapshots are stored in the application database; missing values are not represented as measured zero. Dashboard targets are informational unless separately included in an agreed contract.
Company-restricted access
Signing in does not automatically grant access to a client company. An administrator must approve and assign membership. Approved clients can see their own company's requests and service reports; the website administrator can review access requests, manage membership, and update recruitment request statuses and publish metric snapshots. Portal pages are marked not to be indexed, but authentication and server-side permissions—not search settings—protect the records.
What not to submit to the portal
Use the portal for non-sensitive service scoping and progress updates. Do not paste candidate resumes, identity documents, health or financial information, passwords, or confidential records into a brief or note. This version does not include candidate-file uploads, an ATS integration, or a private document-transfer system. Closing a request or signing out does not delete its stored records.
Hosting and analytics
The site uses Manus-managed hosting and services. Platform analytics are enabled in this project. Hosting and service providers may process technical usage information under their own policies. Additional tracking integrations are not part of this website version.
Retention and privacy requests
Before public launch, AKA Scale needs to establish its final retention schedule, business contact details and procedures for privacy requests. For questions about an inquiry you have already submitted, use the consultation form and identify the request without including sensitive information. Do not send private documents through the form.
Scope of this notice
This is an operational notice for the current inquiry and portal experience, not a claim of regulatory certification or a finalized jurisdiction-specific legal policy. It does not describe a candidate application system or an employee data-processing program.
